3. Commission on Donations

Impact Forge charges a commission of 5% on each donation made through platform designed, developed and maintained by ISEARCH. But Donation will be received at your web portal and payment gateway. This commission is deducted and split to ISEARCH Account at the time of settlement of Fund from the total donation amount. By using our service for fundraising purposes, you agree to this commission structure.

4. Eligibility

To use ImpactForge's services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. NGOs and individuals must also comply with our eligibility criteria, which may include providing proof of charitable status or adherence to ethical guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on ImpactForge are the property of ISearch or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImpactForge or ISearch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our platform or services.

7. Modifications to Terms

ImpactForge reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
